The Abilene Christian
University (ACU) School of Nursing invites applications for an instructor or assistant/associate professor of nursing to begin at the start
of the Spring 2022 semester.
This position is focused on prelicensure BSN Program instruction and includes both classroom and
clinical teaching assignments. Nursing and/or teaching experience in the specialty of pediatric nursing is highly desired for this position,
but candidates from a variety of practice areas and specialties will be considered.
The successful candidate is expected to work
collaboratively with School of Nursing faculty and staff in support of the Christian mission of the BSN Program, the School of Nursing, and
the university. Applicants should be committed to excellence in clinical and classroom teaching and learning. ACU faculty facilitate

Applicants should maintain an active registered nurse license, be eligible for RN licensing in the state
of Texas and have a minimum of a master's degree in nursing. Doctoral degree in nursing or a related field is preferred. Applicants from a
