The Department of Biobehavioral Health Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing has openings for full-time Simulation Education Specialists in the . These individuals, in collaboration with the course or program director, are responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of immersive simulations and psychomotor skills specifically related to the content covered in each assigned course. The Simulation Education Specialist assists in hiring the clinical simulation instructors, orienting them to the content, assuring consistency in grading assignments and content delivery and managing student issues as they arise.

Qualifications
Candidates must have a MSN in Nursing Education or a clinically-related field, 3+ years of experience teaching with simulation, familiarity with the operation of low, moderate and high fidelity simulators, recent RN clinical experience and demonstrated time management, organizational and effective communication skills and must have a PA RN license.
