Job Description Summary
This will be an hourly position (19 hours/week) working with the Penn Nursing Innovation team. The project manager will assist with multiple innovation and entrepreneurship programs. The position will include working on projects related to human-centered design, design thinking and equity-centered design. The position will also assist with entrepreneurial programs including the Penn Nursing Innovation Accelerator. The project manager will assist with the planning and implementing of innovation programs, as well as website maintenance, outreach and social media engagement.

- Experience with innovation and entrepreneurship including human-centered design, design thinking or equity-centered design required.
- BSN degree preferred.
